• upskill the young people’s competencies to raise their awareness for European youth goals to use and promote them in local,
• gain skills and competencies to be part of the labour market and required soft skills for the young people,
• carrying out the social inclusion of young people in NEET whose opportunities became less and less during the pandemic.
