Level up: increasing non formal education skills for youth workers

The training course will last 6 days and will take place in Palermo in March. During 6 days youth workers will have the opportunity to experience different non-formal education methods (role play, simulation game, exercise...), reflect on the methods and its impacts, share different perceptions and experiences, develop their building capacity, by being included in the decision process of the project designing but also in the implementation of the program. Furthermore they will improve their leadership skills combining them with the non-formal learning methodologies learnt in order to increase their youth leader’s abilities.
