Let the Music Touch Your Soul!

Our project aims to prepare music shows for the children having disabilities such as learning and intellectual disabilities, autism and many others.

Everyone knows that music is very important for our life, soul and mind.Music is instruments to give us peace and happiness in a life.Music has been shown to help the healing process by lowering blood pressure, alleviating pain, improving mood, reducing stress, and helping children access and express their feelings.

Families having children with disabilities;especially, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) contend with children who exhibit behaviors that may be misunderstood or considered disruptive in public spaces.Unfortunately, many of these families simply avoid public spaces altogether.

Our goal at "Let The Music Touch Your Soul!" is to create an extraordinary and interactive musical concert in a judgment-free environment for the disabled children. We plan to bring together teenagers who can play musical instruments or sing to perform a concert show for children having disabilities such as learning and intellectual disabilities, autism and many others.

We hope that our project will raise public awareness through disabled-friendly, interactive concerts developed specifically for individuals with disables;especially, autism and their families.

Special Note: The coordinator of the project is "ABAKÜS" a non-profit organization seeking to promote a better knowledge, understanding through their artistic fields including music, dance, theater, film, visual arts and literature, as well as science and technology.
