Let's Play Business

"Let’s Play Business” is a youth exchange created to assist young individuals in developing the knowledge, skills and mindset needed to explore entrepreneurship and turn their ideas into meaningful initiatives. The project aims to make entrepreneurship more accessible and engaging by creating a practical learning environment where participants can experiment, collaborate, take initiative and learn from both successes and mistakes.

The specific objectives of the project include:
• Explore entrepreneurship ideas and cultivate innovative thinking by encouraging participants to create, develop and refine their own business ideas.
• Develop essential entrepreneurial skills by strengthening participants’ abilities in communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and adaptability.
• Understand the basic principles of developing a business by introducing participants to key concepts such as business planning, defining business goals, marketing and financial planning.

The project will involve 35 participants (6 participants and 1 team leader in each national team) from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Spain and Lativa. The approximate period for implementation is April 2027 in Kaunas, Lithuania.

We want to be clear about our expectations when choosing project partners. In the past, we have had partners who agreed to certain responsibilities but did not follow through, including poor communication and sending participants who did not match the project profile. Because of this, we are now looking for partners who are genuinely committed to collaborating with us.

We expect partners to be actively involved in the participant selection process, communicate with us regularly and on time, take decisions together, respect the agreed responsibilities, and make sure that the participants they send match the project profile and objectives. If an organisation is not able to commit to this level of cooperation, we kindly ask them not to contact us about this project.
