Let's Go Mental

A youth Exchange for young people aged 13 to 17 years of age focusing on Mental Health in a modern society using sport and outdoor education.

a one week exchange in Ireland 24th to 31st July in an outdoor adventure centre in Lilliput in Mullingar. This exchange will exam the following:

* Over use of technology and the effects it has on our mental health.
*reconnecting with nature
* feeling down v being depressed
*Social anxiety
* We all have mental health

this exchange is for both male and female participants aged 13-17 years of age (20 young people) and 3 leaders. Exchange experience would be preferred. This will be our 6th Exchange.
