Let's do it Guerrilla Way

"Let's do it Guerrilla Way" is a 10 days training course under the action 4.3 of Youth in Action program. It will happen in Aveiro, Portugal in summer 2014 and will gather youth workers, youth leaders, project managers from six countries.
The main goal of this TC is to discover, show and share how NGOs can draw attention to some problems in their local community (ex. environmental, social, economic or other) in the way that will make big impact and difference - using "guerrilla actions". We hope that by doing this we can improve the quality of youth work, using innovation and creativity.
Moreover, we will be working on communication skills, developing creativity in communication, marketing for NGOs, how to use guerrilla marketing in non profits and multiply impact of their activities and work, etc. We'll also slightly get to public and media relations of nonprofits.
Methodology used in TC will be diverse and will guarantee a high quality of learning process and stimulate creativity and participation. Interactive sessions will be organized as workshops, role plays, round tables and some open air activities to complement. We will host experts from areas above to give us new points of view. Besides, participants will be stimulated daily to share their ideas and go one step ahead and take initiatives during the process of learning.
