LET'S BUILD NET(YOUTH)WORK

The seminars’ objective is to bring together representatives of organizations that are working with youth, who are open for new partnerships to work on new Erasmus+ projects (in the field of Youth) and to provide them opportunities to get to know each other's work and to design new project ideas.
Through the seminar participants will work on developing sustainable network of partners in order to take advantage of the innovative methodologies’ tools in the frame of youth work and will share good practices of their work with youth.
The result of the networking seminar would be established sustainable partnerships for youth work initiatives for future opportunities round within the framework of Erasmus programme.
During the activity, will be implemented activities related to increasing participants’ capacity to organize international projects, to share ideas and practices, to reflect on approaches and methodology used in youth activities, to strengthen sustainability through partnership building activities.

The Networking seminar will take a place in Struga, N.Macedonia during 6 days within a period 01/08/2023 - 07/08/2023.

Profile of participants:
- youth workers who are experienced in developing ideas/proposals or/and implementing methodologies for activities with youth
- open and willing to invest into their personal and professional development
- motivated to enjoy in implementing of networking activities but mostly important have the organizations’ mandate in order to establish future cooperation/partnership for further projects between partners involved
- fluent in English (not obligatory)
- fully participate for the whole duration of the project
- actively to engage in the activities
- be aware that networking seminar is not a holiday but a learning experience
- be part of the organization that are partner (the project will include maximum 6 organizations to take part as partners sending 1 or max.2 participants per organization)
- Seminar is free of charge. Travel costs will be refunded according to distance band.

Interested partner organization are expected to:

- sign the Partnership Agreement
- provide 1 or max.2 motivated participants for the seminar
- have the capacity to provide contribution to the timetable of activities
- regular responsive communication in real time
- provide a proper pre-departure training
- be fully involved in the further process of development initiatives for future Erasmus+ projects
