Let me tell you a story...

Many young people are increasingly becoming victims of mental illness. The pressure imposed on us by society, family or school generates unimaginable stress, we have to become someone else to meet the requirements. This is the sad reality of many people who often do not show their problems until the point where the help of a specialist is required.
Unfortunately, at no time in our lives they teach us how to deal with our emotions, no one has told us how to deal with stress. Even if we maintain a good mental condition ourselves, we often cannot help the other person properly. This is a cruel reality that we want to improve through our project. Working with young people, we will inevitably meet people who require help, or simply support. Which is why we want to equip people with tools through which they will be able to provide such help. We will focus mainly on prevention and tools that do not require deeper psychological knowledge.
