Let Me Shadow You

Let Me Shadow You aims to improve the quality in youth work field through developing specific key competencies by a job shadowing activity.

The issues and needs that we are seeking to address through Let me Shadow you project are:
- NETWORKING – we wish to start building relationships with people from our working field in order to increase the capacity to operate at EU/international level; LEARNING – we wish to become aware of trends in the social work field in order to innovate and improve the way of operating towards our target groups;
- CONNECTING – we wish to see how our skills and competencies can produce more modern, dynamic, committed and professional environment inside our organization
