Leadership TC

Leadership TC is a project concerning leadership and group cooperation skills for anyone working in NGO, business, administration or any work connected with interpersonal relations.
In today’s world cooperation with other people and generally being in a team or group is often necessary. Can you be the leader? Can everyone be a leader? What is needed to be a good leader? We designed the training to explore the subject.
Our idea is to use a variety of methods and techniques to create an opportunity for learning by experiencing, peer-learning and self-assessment. By applying creative and well-designed processes we want to generate learning situation that allows to gain new skills and knowledge and contributes to self development.
The trainers for the training are Slawek Muziol and Wojciech Spychala. Two experienced yet all the time willing to learn people.
Our team trusts we can create an inspiring and beneficial project that would help the participants to strengthen their leadership abilities and that would be beneficial for them in their professional and private life.
