Leadership Quest builds leadership through Territory Mapping, a multilingual Card Deck, and inclusive workshops for youth and adults.

Leadership Quest is an Erasmus+ KA210 youth project focused on strengthening leadership competences, inclusion, and international cooperation through practical and sustainable tools. The project brings together partners to train certified Territory Mapping facilitators, develop a multilingual Leadership Card Deck in digital and printed formats, and organise inclusive workshops for young people, youth workers, educators, and community members. The project supports youth participation, innovation in youth work, and long-term capacity-building for organisations and communities.
