Leadership 4 Green Transition

The training aims to empower youth workers to become leaders in the green transition by exploring the intersection of leadership and sustainable development.

The 5-day training course will position leadership as a driver for long-term positive impact on teams, organisations, communities, and the environment. Participants will be guided through key principles of sustainable leadership, strategic planning, and resource management, gaining tools to align personal and organisational values with sustainability goals. Through interactive sessions, participants will have an opportunity to reflect on leadership style, explore goal-setting for sustainable change, and learn how to embed environmental and social responsibility into everyday practices within their organisations.
