Leader's academy

Project’s aim – is leadership. NGO ,,Kitas variantas’’ is an organization which is working with youngsters and helps for them to develop their leadership skills. These skills are: time planning, objectives, training, public speaking, team work, organizational skills, effective learning and work.
There are a lot of methods by informal forms of education (workshops, games, teambuilding etc.) which we are using in daily meetings with youngsters.
