Lead the Way - Romania, Poland and Latvia

"Lead the Way" is a non-formal youth education project designed to assist young individuals in developing skills necessary to navigate their career paths.

"Lead the Way" is a non-formal youth project created to assist young individuals in developing the skills necessary to follow their desired career paths.
The specific objectives of the project include:
- Explore entrepreneurship ideas and cultivate innovative thinking among participants, encouraging them to conceptualize, develop and refine their own business ideas.
- Enhance transversal skills to improve employability opportunities and facilitate feasible career reconversion among participants.
- Facilitate activities to develop leadership qualities such as communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills essential for successful business.
We aim to gather 28 young people aged 18-30, forming teams of 6 motivated participants with 1 responsible group leader each. Our plan is to implement the project in Kaunas, Lithuania, at the end of November and the beginning of December.
