Labour Market Integration of Migrant Youth” is a 7-days training course to be held in Arnhem / the Netherlands
It is important to understand and recognize link between migration and development of countries of origin and destination, in order to adopt policies and systems that enhance the positive impact of migration in development and economic growth planning.
Conducting 7-days training course on labour market integration of immigrants in Arnhem / Netherlands and provide a mix of theoretical and practical knowledge to 30 participants coming from 6 partner countries, “Labour Market Integration of Migrant Youth” contributes labour market integration of immigrants in Europe. Project aims to equip youth workers with competences and methods needed for labour market inclusion, transferring the diversity, human rights, freedom of work and social dialogue particularly to unemployed young people with immigrant background to prevent violent radicalization among them.
The project contributes to Erasmus+ program priorities in promotion of equity, social inclusion, solidarity, employability and sense of initiative of young people.
Project draws attentions to inclusion and diversity in youth work and strengthens links between the youth field, migration and labour market. Besides, it focuses the international dimension of youth activities and searches opportunities for cooperation and mobility with partner countries by laying a foundation for a labour network.
In a lifelong learning perspective, project links non-formal learning methods with youth fields and provides open access to useful online documents and media that produced during the training.
