A KA205 project that promotes the contact between young people and employers, so they can understand the needs of the labour market and skills to develop.
The L @ W - Learning At Work Program aims to involve young people in what is best done in technological and business terms, allowing them to contact and work closely with this reality, within their expectations and professional ambitions.
In this sense, the program aims to promote and stimulate the curiosity, creativity and confidence of young people, especially NEETs.
The market requires confident young people, that pursue their ambitions, with resilience, flexibility and adaptability to succeed in the professional world.
In this context, the direct contact and consequent knowledge of the increasingly competitive professional reality at an early age can be decisive for the success of their choices. And, if the youngster is still in training, a targeted, lucid, and oriented preparation will facilitate the whole process of choices they need to make throughout their formative course.
