KA220-YOU Project Youth Carbon Literacy & Institutional Policies

Seeking 1 University + 2 NGOs for KA220-YOU on youth carbon literacy, Youth Policy Labs & green micro-credentials. Reciprocal collaboration is prioritised.

YCLIP aims to strengthen carbon footprint literacy among young adults (18–30) while supporting the integration of climate-sensitive and youth-informed policies within higher education institutions.

The project combines three strategic pillars:

Applied carbon literacy learning modules

Participatory “Youth Policy Labs”

A micro-credentialing system for green skills validation

The approach bridges formal higher education governance with non-formal youth participation methodologies, ensuring institutional change is co-created with young people.
