Sex (Dis)Ability strengthens schools’ capacity to deliver inclusive sexuality education through teacher training, UDL resources, and classroom pilots.
We are looking for a School to act as a Coordinator!!!!
Project Description
Sex (Dis)Ability is a European cooperation project that strengthens secondary schools’ capacity to deliver inclusive, comprehensive, and rights-based sexuality education, with particular attention to students with disabilities. Despite strong EU policy support, sexuality education remains unevenly implemented and often lacks trained teachers, structured curricula, and accessible materials.

The project addresses these gaps through teacher capacity building, transfer of EU good practices, and development of Universal Design for Learning (UDL)-based resources adapted to diverse learner needs. Schools will pilot activities in real classrooms, engage families and communities, and exchange experience at European level.
Sex (Dis)Ability will produce practical teaching materials, training modules, and tested methodologies that improve teacher confidence, reduce stigma, and promote inclusive school environments. By embedding results into school practice and strengthening cooperation between European institutions, the project aims to ensure sustainable impact on inclusive education and student wellbeing.
