KA220 - LEARN - Leveraging Educational Aggregation & Resources at Nonformal.center

LEARN aims to further develop and extend the capabilities of Nonformal.center (NFC) - https://nonformal.center/ a collaborative platform aiming to centralize non-formal educational activities and methodologies.

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, there's an imperative need for platforms that use the power of technology to facilitate learning.

LEARN is all about making Nonformal.center (NFC) better. NFC is like a big online library where people can find and share learning activities. On NFC, users don't just read; they can also add their activities and help improve others. This way, we keep our online library fresh and up-to-date.

NFC is also special because it brings together learning materials from all over the world. This means we can learn from different cultures and ideas, making sure everyone feels included. Whether someone's learning needs are unique or common, NFC has something for them.

Lastly, we want to make sure that everything on NFC is high quality. That means only the best and most useful learning activities make it to our platform. And because anyone can contribute and give feedback, we make sure our learning tools stay relevant and helpful. In short, NFC is all about giving everyone the best tools to learn and grow.

In short, the steps of our project will be the following:
1. Needs Analysis: Understand the platform's current strengths and areas for improvement.
2. Content Enrichment: Populate NFC with diverse, high-quality educational resources.
3. Quality Checks: Implement a system to ensure all content meets our standards.
4. Team Collaboration: Introduce features for partners to collaborate, share insights, and refine content.
5. Spread the Word: Increase NFC's visibility in the education community, especially targeting youth workers.
6 . Feedback Collection: Create channels for partners to share their experiences and suggestions.
7. Iterative Development: Regularly update and optimize NFC based on partner feedback and technological advancements.

We are in search of 2 partners:
1. Quality Assessment Partner: We are looking for a partner with proven experience in needs analysis and non-formal methods development. Your role would be instrumental in evaluating the quality of content and resources, ensuring that the platform's content is high quality. Previous experience in this field is required.
2. Promotion & Outreach Partner: If you have expertise in crafting captivating promotional campaigns and a history of effectively reaching target groups, we want you on board! Your experience will help us amplify NFC's reach and ensure our platform resonates with its intended audience.

While our primary responsibility lies in the platform's technical development, we're open to collaborating with an additional partner possessing tech skills. If you bring strong technical expertise to the table, do let us know!

Eligibility: All applicants must provide evidence of their experience in one of the aforementioned areas. We're not just looking for partners; we're seeking collaborators who have the human resources and commitment to bring this vision to life.
