"WISE" empowers young women artisans with digital skills, entrepreneurship training, and fosters transnational collaboration and cultural exchange.
The "Women Initiating Skill Enhancement" program targets young women artisans, fostering transnational cooperation by connecting participants from various countries to share knowledge, skills, and cultural diversity while promoting shared European values. Mentors facilitate mutual knowledge exchange, enhancing collaboration and European unity. The program specifically focuses on the following priorities:
Develop Digital Readiness: Empower young women artisans to enhance their digital skills, enabling them to engage in online entrepreneurship and navigate the digital marketplace effectively.
Facilitate Upskilling and Reskilling Pathways: Provide tailored training and resources to help young women artisans acquire the necessary skills to adapt to evolving market demands and technological advancements.
Promote Inclusiveness and Accessibility: Improve accessibility within youth education by creating user-friendly digital platforms, offering flexible learning opportunities, and supporting young women from diverse backgrounds.

Increased Digital Skills: Young women artisans gain proficiency in digital tools, effectively promoting and selling their crafts online, expanding market reach and revenue.
Enhanced Entrepreneurial Resilience: Participants transform their artistic pursuits into sustainable businesses, equipped with entrepreneurial skills to navigate the digital economy's challenges.
