KA210-YOU: Tech-Ready Youth: Transnational Pathways to Employment
Aim and Objectives
The project's primary aim is to empower youth employability by developing digital skills through non-formal education (NFE).
Enhancing ICT Skills: Helping young people share experiences and gain professional digital competencies.
Increasing Employability: Providing knowledge on how to seek jobs or start businesses in both partner countries.
Capacity Building: Improving the international cooperation capacity of partner associations, specifically for working with youth with fewer opportunities.
Resource Creation: Developing training materials and 10 video resources translated into English to support job seeking and ICT growth.
Target Groups and Methodology
The project focuses on three main groups:
Young People with Fewer Opportunities (Ages 18-30): Including unemployed graduates or those lacking ICT skills.
Trainers and Youth Workers: Those seeking to improve their professional competence through international exchange.
Institutions: Partner NGOs and local entities like municipalities or education centers that recruit young people.
The methodology relies on Non-Formal Education, featuring workshops, digital training sessions, and visits to local authorities to exchange best practices.
Mutual (win-win) partnership is our priority.
