KA210-SCH “SAFE PEERS 4 SAFE SCHOOLS”

We are preparing a KA210-SCH small-scale partnership called “SAFE PEERS 4 SCHOOLS”, focused on bullying prevention, peer support and safe school climate for pupils aged roughly 11–16.

Our organisation, Bafra Science and Art Center (Türkiye), is a public centre for gifted and talented students. In 2025 we ran surveys with our students, teachers and parents about bullying (including cyberbullying). Results showed that bullying is relatively low in our centre, but more visible in pupils’ home schools, and that there is still room to improve teachers’ responses, students’ willingness to seek help and cooperation with families and schools.

With this KA210 project we would like to co-develop and pilot with partner schools:

a simple, practical whole-school anti-bullying procedure,

a Peer Support Ambassadors model for pupils,

short toolkits / handouts for teachers and parents (awareness sessions, class activities, basic guidance on how to react).

Planned activities include a joint online needs analysis, several coordination meetings (online + 1–2 short transnational meetings), a small staff learning activity to exchange good practices, and local pilot actions in each school (peer support groups, awareness workshops, class rules, etc.). At the end, we will produce a teacher toolkit, a Peer Support Ambassador guide and a parent info pack, translated into partners’ languages and shared openly.

We are looking for 2–3 motivated schools (primary or lower-secondary) that work with pupils around 11–16, are interested in bullying prevention, student well-being, inclusion and digital safety, and are ready to test small activities in their school and share honest feedback. Previous Erasmus+ experience is welcome but not mandatory; strong motivation and a stable contact person are more important.
