1º Objective Increase knowledge and practical experience of social media management in NGO/associations working with young people

-Analyze and detect the knowledge and use of social networks by NGO/associations
-Know the use and current impact that organizations have on social networks.
-Improve the public incidence of organizations that work with young people as a means of relationship and impact on their interest groups
Expected results:
• An analysis of the use and knowledge of social networks in EAPN-CLM organizations will have been carried out through online surveys.
• 3 organizations will be selected that work with young people in the region, characterized by not having knowledge or experience in social networks or people responsible for communication.
• 3 visits will be made to the partner countries for practical training on how to take advantage of social networks in social organizations as well as to learn about good practices in this field and how they have been used to reach young participants.
• A guide on social media communication applied to the third sector will be published, which will focus in a practical way on tools, advice and platforms that allow organizations with less knowledge to empower their role in social media, especially with a view to their role of raising awareness and collecting donations.
