The project is designed to help stay-at-home mothers rediscover their potential through entrepreneurial and digital skills.

Balancing childcare and career often forces mothers to make tough decisions, with many leaving the workforce entirely. The project is designed to help stay-at-home mothers rediscover their potential through entrepreneurial and digital skills. The project offers tailored resources and community support to enable them to launch businesses or re-enter the job market while managing their caregiving responsibilities. Together, we build a bridge between their untapped potential and economic independence.

Target Groups:
- Stay-at-home mothers who have paused their careers due to childcare responsibilities.

- Mothers in part-time or low-paying jobs, seeking sustainable income sources.

- Local community organizations invested in women’s empowerment.

- SMEs and local employers looking to support diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Partner Profile:

Technology Partner:
• Tech company or app developer.
• Role: Design and maintain the EntrepreNest Digital Toolkit.

Entrepreneurship Training Partner:
• Business schools or experts in small business management.
• Role: Deliver entrepreneurship training and mentorship.

Local NGOs and Women’s Networks:
• Role: Recruit participants and provide support during the project.

Microfinance Institutions:
• Role: Provide training and access to funding opportunities.

Media Partner:
• Role: Raise awareness and promote project results through digital campaigns.

SMEs and Employers:
• Role: Offer job opportunities, sponsorships, or guidance to participants.
