Through the project, we want to promote a new innovative approach to volunteering and use its potential in adult education. The project provides substantive and technological support for 2 non-governmental organizations. This support includes knowledge, exchange of experience, training, IT adaptation, purchase of tools and their implementation, as well as the process of evaluating activities.

The motivation for the project is the crisis of volunteering in many EU countries. Through the project, we want to promote a new innovative approach to volunteering and use its potential in adult education. The model we observed and the experience with our team members, who came to us in the key of changing their professional path and gaining experience, allows us to transfer our experience to international activities. Volunteering, which we have been carrying out for over 2 years, allows us to see how important the social sector can play in the employability of young people and adults. Considered that the project has great development potential in the future and can bring about big strategic changes in participating organizations and our local partnerships.
The model of development or change of the career development path that we propose assumes organizational transformations, a change in the attitude of management staff and the development of the organization itself. The process assumes the implementation of specific solutions in non-governmental organizations that will help develop volunteer centres not only by thinking "what a volunteer needs" but also what the organization needs.

Goals:
- raising the competencies of the staff implementing and managing e-volunteering
-supporting organizations less experienced in the implementation of e-volunteering goals and combining them with the statutory goals of non-governmental organizations
-promotion of e-volunteering as a place of practice and gaining experience for adults developing their career or changing their professional path
-strengthening digital competencies and organizational resources in terms of digital tools
- strengthening the transparency of the organization in terms of the implementation of the E+ program (marketing side)
-supporting accessibility and inclusivity: E-volunteering aims to overcome geographical barriers and make volunteering opportunities accessible to a wider range of individuals. It allows people from different locations to contribute their skills and time remotely, eliminating the need for physical presence.
-promoting flexibility: E-volunteering projects often offer flexible schedules, enabling volunteers to contribute based on their availability and personal commitments. This flexibility can attract individuals who might not be able to engage in traditional, on-site volunteering due to various constraints. It decreases the cost and resources for a potential career change.
Global Impact: E-volunteering projects leverage digital technologies to connect volunteers with organizations and communities around the world. This allows volunteers to contribute their expertise and support initiatives addressing global challenges, such as education, healthcare, environmental conservation, poverty alleviation, and more.
- encouraging capacity building: E-volunteering initiatives often focus on building the capacity of organizations and communities by providing them with skilled volunteers. Through remote collaboration and knowledge sharing, volunteers can assist with project management, strategic planning, training, research, and other areas where their expertise can make a significant impact.
-supporting sustainability and cost-effectiveness in the third sector: by eliminating the need for travel and physical infrastructure, e-volunteering projects can be more cost-effective and environmentally friendly.
It's important to note that these goals can be adapted and customized to suit the specific objectives and requirements of individual e-volunteering projects in our partner organisations.
