ka205 project about developing employes' soft skills

We aim to improve university students soft skills to have multi talented employees.


The purpose of our project is to develop, implement and evaluate an innovative platform for the employment of unemployed university graduates. When the data of the countries with the highest employment and lowest rates are analyzed, which skills and competencies should be examined according to OECD data. Based on these results, it is envisaged that the partner countries are the countries and institutions that can take good practice and develop good practices. Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to contribute to the sustainable and targeted employment of university youth with the development of e-platform and modules to be placed on this platform. Local partners in our project are Youth Volunteers Association (GGD), Trabzon University and Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our partners in international platforms will consist of foundations and associations that work in the field of employment and have previous experience. We need partners working as universities and associations.
