The "BEN-Development" project is a dynamic initiative crafted to address the distinct needs and opportunities encountered by young people globally, especially those outside formal learning environments. Our project endeavors to promote cooperation among youth, enhancing their competences, negotiation skills, and leadership abilities. Through interactive scenarios and real-time exercises, we aspire to create a platform that not only hones negotiation skills but also cultivates youth leadership and civic engagement.
