Main Objectives
• Empowering youth to participate actively in local climate decision-making
• Developing green civic competences (environmental literacy + participation skills)
• Including marginalised youth in climate action discussions
• Translating youth ideas into local green action plans

Key Activities
1. Green Youth Assemblies
o Youth identify environmental problems in their local context
2. Youth Climate Action Labs
o Non-formal workshops on sustainability, systems thinking, eco-citizenship
3. Local Green Action Prototypes
o Small actions: awareness campaigns, green mobility ideas, waste reduction plans
4. Youth Participation Events
o Presentation of youth proposals to municipalities and environmental NGOs
5. Green Youth Manifesto
o Joint European youth statement on climate priorities
Target Group
• Primary: Young people aged 16–29, including NEETs and rural youth
