CONTEXT
Erasmus+ KA153-YOU project: Mobility of youth workers
Project duration: 8 months, May–December 2027
Main activity: 4-day professional development mobility for youth workers
Participants: 6 per organisation, 24 youth workers from 4 European organisations
Location: Spain (to be confirmed)

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To strengthen the competences of youth workers to promote active citizenship, democratic participation, gender equality and LGBTI+ inclusion, providing them with practical tools and methodologies that can be integrated into everyday youth work and organisational practices.

ACTIVITIES
1. Online preparatory session for participants.
2. 4-day youth workers' mobility based on non-formal education, peer learning, practical workshops and intercultural exchange.
3. Local transfer activities, with at least one activity organised by each participating organisation after the mobility.
4. Multiplier event organized by ESN Spain to present the project's results and promote their use and replication.

WE NEED 2 PARTNERS
Profile of partner organization:
- Active in youth work and/or youth participation.
- Experience working with youth workers, volunteers and young people.
- Interest in active citizenship, democratic participation, gender equality, inclusion and diversity.
- Motivation to contribute with 6 participants.
- Willingness to share good practices and contribute to the development of practical tools and methodologies.
- Commitment to organise at least one local transfer activity after the mobility.
- Commitment to the principles of inclusion, participation, non-formal learning and European cooperation.
- Experience participating in Erasmus+ projects is an advantage.
