KA153 Guide the Guides

Guide the guides will consist of the exchange of experiences, tools and methodologies of non-formal education. Elements such as the flipped classroom, Design Thinking or the use of new technologies (webquests, podcasts, VR, AR, etc.), will allow youth workers to acquire and improve prior knowledge that can be very useful for working with young people. Through this project, we seek to prepare workers in the use of different knowledge that allows them to work with young people who have needs of all kinds, as well as projects of very different types.
