KA153 Engage & Elevate - Innovative Digital Strategies for Youth Work

"E&E: Engage & Elevate" is a KA153 Erasmus+ training course divided into two steps, each lasting 6-7 days. The project aims to equip participants with the skills to effectively use digital technologies for youth engagement and to elevate their projects with innovative strategies, including SEO and AI tools.

Step One: Engage (6 days in Germany) - Participants will learn to master digital tools for content creation, storytelling, and building online communities, laying the foundation for engaging digital youth work.

Step Two: Elevate (7 days in Türkiye) - Building on the Engage step, this phase introduces advanced digital strategies, including SEO optimization, gamification, and AI, to elevate participants' youth projects.

Following the training, a continuous implementation and feedback phase ensures participants can apply their learning to real-world projects, with a structured check-in after two months to share outcomes and insights.
