KA153: Development Of Gender Equality Policies.

DOGEP is, first and foremost, intended for youth workers in decision-making and implementation roles within public and civil society organisations who aim to ensure, develop and monitor gender equality. When youth workers employed in public organisations aim to mainstream gender, they will be able to take the first step in their work in this direction by utilising the outputs of this training. Managers and members of civil society organisations, particularly women’s organisations and LGBTIQ+ organisations, will also find the concepts, policies and strategies outlined in this project a useful guide if they wish to actively advocate for gender equality. This training also serves as a guide for youth workers when designing programmes and developing strategies for working with young people.
