KA152-YOU Youth exchange about Employability and skills recognition

To strengthen the employability and personal development of young people through non-formal education methodologies.

CONTEXT
- Erasmus+ KA152-YOU project: youth exchange
- Duration: 8 months, 1st November 2026-30st June 2027
- Organizations: 3 or 4
- Key words: employability, skills, digital skills, soft skills

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
To strengthen the employability and personal development of young people across Europe through non-formal education methodologies that promote the acquisition of transversal skills, self-confidence, and active participation in society.


ACTIVITIES
- Virtual local sessions.
- Youth exchange (5 days without travel days).
- Dissemination event.

TARGET GROUP
- Young people between 18 and 30 years old.
- In total, we will have 24 participants, 6 or 8 from each organization (it depends if there are finally 3 or 4 partner organizations).

WE NEED 1 PARTNER
Profile of partner organization:
- Erasmus+ experience.
- Non-formal education experience.
- Working with young people from 18 to 30 years old.
- Experience with digital tools (Drive, Google Meet…).
- Commitment with the aims and activities of the project.
