KA152 - IGNITE – Inspiring Growth, Nurturing Initiative and the Entrepreneurial Mindset

About the project
IGNITE is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that helps young people develop an entrepreneurial mindset as a life skill. Here, entrepreneurship does not mean starting a business; it means the capacity to take initiative, spot opportunities, solve problems creatively, cope with uncertainty and take ownership of one's own life. The project is built on the EU EntreComp framework (Ideas & Opportunities, Resources, Into Action) and delivered entirely through non-formal learning methods such as Design Thinking, mini-venture simulations, pitch sessions and fail-forward workshops. A key result will be a co-created, open-access "Entrepreneurial Mindset Toolkit".

Participation and Active Citizenship (primary); Inclusion and Diversity (secondary); Digital Transformation (supporting).
Participant profile
Each partner sends 5 young participants (aged 18–25) and 1 group leader. Approximately half of all participants should be young people with fewer opportunities (for example, those from rural areas, migrant backgrounds or families facing economic hardship). No prior experience in entrepreneurship is required — motivation and openness to learn are what matter.
What we are looking for in a partner
We are looking for youth organisations that share a genuine interest in the topic, have experience in youth work and non-formal learning, are able to reach and involve young people with fewer opportunities, and can communicate openly, reliably and transparently throughout the project.
What we offer

Travel, accommodation and meals are covered according to Erasmus+ rules.
