1. Project Overview
ECO-SYNC is an Erasmus+ KA152 Youth Exchange project designed to empower young people through active lifestyles, environmental sustainability and circular innovation. The project aims to promote physical literacy, healthy living, environmental responsibility and active citizenship by combining sports, non-formal education and intercultural learning.
Through interactive activities and international cooperation, young people will develop knowledge, skills and attitudes that support healthier lifestyles and more sustainable communities.

2. Objectives
Main Objective
To encourage young people to adopt active and healthy lifestyles while increasing their awareness of sustainability, environmental responsibility and circular innovation.

Specific Objectives
- Raise awareness about physical activity and physical literacy.
- Promote healthy and active lifestyles among young people.
- Encourage environmentally friendly habits and sustainable behaviours.
- Introduce recycling, upcycling and circular economy practices.
- Strengthen intercultural learning and peer education.
- Support active citizenship and youth participation.
- Highlight the relationship between healthy living and environmental sustainability.
- Encourage international cooperation and the development of future Erasmus+ projects.
- Share innovative non-formal education methods based on sports and environmental education.

3. Target Group and Participants
Participants: 30 young people and 5 group leaders from five partner countries (5 participants + 1 group leader from each country).

Age range:18–30 years old.
Participant Profile
- Young people interested in sports, healthy lifestyles and physical activity.
- Participants interested in sustainability, environmental protection and circular innovation.
- Young people willing to engage in intercultural learning and non-formal education activities.

Inclusion
Priority will be given to young people with fewer opportunities and those facing economic, social or geographical barriers to international mobility.

4. Seven-Day Activity Programme
Day 1: Arrival, welcome activities, icebreakers and project introduction.
Day 2: Team-building activities, outdoor challenges and environmental awareness workshops.
Day 3: Physical literacy sessions, sports activities and recycling/upcycling workshops.
Day 4: Nature walks, breathing exercises and peer-learning activities.
Day 5: Workshops on sustainable lifestyles, active mobility and circular innovation.
Day 6: Intercultural evening, dissemination planning and Youthpass reflection activities.
Day 7: Final evaluation, closing ceremony and departure.

5. Impact, Dissemination and Sustainability
Expected Results
- Increased awareness of healthy and active lifestyles.
- Greater environmental responsibility and sustainable behaviours.
- Improved communication, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Strengthened intercultural understanding and cooperation.
- Development of educational outputs that can be implemented in local communities.

Dissemination
Participants will share their experiences and learning outcomes through workshops, presentations, local events and social media activities.

Sustainability
The international partnerships established during the project will create opportunities for future Erasmus+ collaborations and long-term cooperation in the fields of youth, sports and sustainability.
