Important!
In case the project is approved, but unable to take place within the dates specified above due to covid-19, we will adjust the dates of the 2 events.

The idea:
The main objective of the project is to enable youth and youth workers to share their own and their organizations' experiences with the Covid-19 crisis, as well as their opinions concerning the national governments´ and EU´s response to it. During both of the events, we will also discuss the vision for the way forward on the organizational, national, and international level. As we intend to bring together people from across the EU, the youngsters participating in the YE will be able to get multiple perspectives on this global issue, while also (hopefully) celebrating the end of travel restrictions and closed national borders within the EU. Through the seminar, the participating NGOs will also be able to exchange effective ways of dealing with crisis management (finances, HR, activities, communication, etc.), as well as get support from other professionals in the field in finding solutions to the issues currently affecting their NGOs. Based on the input from the YE and the SEM, open letters/recommendations will be created and sent to relevant national and European public officials/politicians. All partner organizations in this project should participate in the seminar, only 5 will send their youth to the youth exchange.
