IntersAction is an international training course bringing together 24 participants—youth workers, youth leaders, activists, and educators—to develop a practical understanding of intersectionality and its applications in working with young people. The course provides both theoretical and hands-on learning experiences, guiding participants through core concepts of intersectionality and giving them tools to analyze and address social inequalities from an inclusive perspective. The course also includes ready-to-use tools and encourages participants to create and share their own resources, integrating intersectional thinking into their daily work.

Objectives of the Training
- Equip participants with knowledge related to the intersectional theory, enhancing their capacity to recognize and address multiple layers of inequality.
- Provide hands-on tools for implementing intersectional perspectives and creating safe(r) spaces in youth work and educational settings.
- Create a collaborative environment where participants can design and share their own intersectionality-related tools and activities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing on best practices for inclusive and intersectional approaches to youth engagement.

This course is designed for 24 individuals actively involved in youth work or education, including:
