Main aim
:
To
improve the employability
of young people from both shores of the
Mediterranean, thanks to the development of a youth work method based on a
participatory process of co
-
creation between young people and professionals
in the field of
youth.
The main
objectives
of the project are:

To develop the key competences of professionals
in the field of youth
in order to
improve the quality of their work in socio
-
vocational guidance and youth employability;

To exchange experiences, good practices and methodologies between
organisations in
the
field of youth
and youth workers from
seven
Mediterranean countries on socio
-
vocational guidance and youth employability improvement;

To create new educational tools for professionals
in the field of youth
in order to
improve the employability and the dev
elopment of socio
-
professional skills in young
people, especially those unemployed, on both sides of the Mediterranean;

To encourage the active participation of the young people involved in the project in
order to improve their employability and promote th
eir personal and professional
development;

To create an international network of organisations from
seven
countries to promote
cooperation and capacity building between EU Member States and Mediterraneancountries in the field of socio
-
professional guidanc
e and the improvement of youth
employability.
