Peer-learning exchanges and study visits to share experiences, observe best practices, and develop collaborative solutions.

Research and documentation to produce evidence-based insights and tools that support holistic wellbeing.

Educational materials such as booklets, guides, and online resources for wider dissemination.

Public engagement events, including exhibitions, school outreach, and community-led initiatives to promote wellbeing practices.

Dissemination and communication through social media, publications, conferences, and partner networks to reach a broad audience.
