GO Development is looking for two partners with proven specific expertise in K2 projects around entrepreneurship. We are looking for organizations with local and regional connections both with youth, young entrepreneurs and SME’s.
Applicant Organization:
GO Development is a newcomer organization in Erasmus+ with an extensive experience in formal and non-formal education. Our team has 23 years of experience in the field of training, innovation and content creation. We learn what we are passionate about, that is why we create training based on the reality of the participants with a highly experiential, dynamic and personalized follow-up methodology.

Abstract:
"Intrapreneurial skills from high school to the labor market" is an Erasmus+ KA210 Youth project that aims to raise awareness among young people about the importance of acquiring intrapreneurial skills and encourage them to have a meaningful and deep understanding and realistic expectations about the labor market. And how intrapreneurial skills can help them better adapt to their first work experiences.
The project aims to complement the career guidance offered to students in K9-K12 (15-17 years old) by focusing on self-knowledge and the development of intra-entrepreneurial skills. The means available to public schools are very scarce (with ratios of 1 counselor for every 500 students in the reference centers of this project).
We want to offer a series of training sessions and visits to employment centers and companies to these students, with the aim of giving them a broader vision of the reality of the jobs they could apply for once they finish their studies.
Our experience of working with teenagers and companies pushes us to look for points of connection between realities that unfortunately do not share enough mutual learning paths.
This project will allow students between 15 and 17 years of age to adapt their expectations and acquire skills for their adaptation to the labor market; while companies -whose close involvement is crucial- will have the opportunity to learn first-hand what young people think about what their first work experiences will be like, which will allow onboarding processes to be more agile, effective and meet the expectations of both parties.
Objectives:
Objective 1:
To provide students from 14 to 17 years old with self-knowledge tools to discover their skills and talents, discover who they are, their relationships, from where they decide, their beliefs, in order to strengthen their decision making in terms of their orientation in the curriculum and choice of Major and Minor university careers.
Objective 2:
To equip students with the necessary information to understand the world of work from the hand of the protagonist agents, by visiting companies and creating listening spaces on the intrapreneurial skills and competencies needed in rapidly changing workplaces.
Objective 3:
Facilitate the choice of curriculum and choice of college Majors and Minors, linking them to specific job careers and required skills and competencies.
Objective 4:
Create a network of schools, businesses and entrepreneurs willing to share interests and knowledge that will benefit the development of young students.
