JUST BE YOURSELF!

The Social Policy and Action Organization is planning to submit an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Proposal entitled “Just Be Yourself!”. The Youth Exchange will be organized in Cyprus, with 40 young people from 8 EU countries (4 youngsters+1 leader).
The aim of the Youth Exchange will be the empowerment of young people on an individual level, the increase of their confidence, self-awareness, positive self-image appreciation and the enhancement of life skills and abilities, including social skills, communication.
During the youth exchange participants will learn how to overcome personal fears, obstacles and negative thoughts and work towards pursuing their dreams and achieving their goals, how to get to know themselves, love themselves, learn to just be them, identify weaknesses and how to turn them into positive tools and methods for self realization and completion for a better future on their personal and professional life.
