Joint business project development through the cooperation of young entrepreneurs and young people with limited opportunities

Target. To promote the inclusiveness of young people, intercultural and dialogue of different experiences and in general stereopsis, thereby preventing possible conflicts. Understanding others, getting to know yourself and promoting personal development. Develop a business project together.

Problem. The biggest source of conflicts is stereotypes, ignorance and misunderstanding of the differences of other cultures. There are purposeful ones and there are also young people who don't know what they want, who have no goals. If there are goals, young people often do not know how to achieve them.

Target audience. 4+ young entrepreneurs or entrepreneurship students in Latvia and 4+ young entrepreneurs or entrepreneurship students from other country/ies.
4+ young people with limited opportunities in Latvia and 4+ young people with limited opportunities from another country/ies.

Tasks. Develop and implement activities:
1. For youth inclusion and conflict resolution.
2. To get to know and accept other young people.
3. For self-development and understanding.
4. During the project, young people will jointly develop 2. International business projects.
