APDD Romania seeks 3 partner organizations for a mobility project - Youth Exchange - 8 days - in Romania, focused on improving the skills and knowledge needed to increase employment chances for a total of 30 young people with fewer opportunities ( 6 young people between 16 to 23 years from each country, includind 1 group leader).
Project summary:
Job GPS is a youth exchange KA1 Mobilty whose application will be submitted in February 2017 deadline. It aims to bring together participants from Europe, thus becoming a valuable learning opportunity by sharing experiences, ideas and ways of working that encourage and increase the chance of labor market integration of young people with fewer opportunities. The project also encourages self-employment through activities that reveal entrepreneurship motivation. with particular attention being paid to traditional crafts. Also, by involving young people in all activities, the project aims to reduce disaffection and social exclusion.
