iWorkES- Innovative Work Experience Schemes

In particular, it aims at giving to 20 youth workers from Italy and Germany the opportunity to spend seven-days in Rome to train and exchange knowledge and experience on the topic of education and innovation. The project focusses on the need to train and create a network of youth workers who have specific skills on self-entrepreneurship and innovation.The project, through diversified training methodologies, will promote the knowledge and exchange of Italian and German educators involved in project planning, assistance and mentoring of education.
This mobility experience will give to the participants the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, bringing home an invaluable experience,building a network, develop new methods, and in this way they will contribute to the realization of the European dimension.
