The main goal of our project is developing youth leaders with few experiences and volunteers of youth organizations who are interested in international youth field. With non-formal methods we will talking about how to make a youth project from the beginning till the end, and how they can cooperate with other youth associations in an effective way. Our main aim to improve the quality of the project in the Erasmus+ and motivate the young people to improve project management experiences. We will provide possibility for the participants to share their experiences, makes new partnership and generate new project ideas.
