IRS – Innovation & Research Skills

The project aims to define a model training and education, innovation, through a careful analysis of the context of the needs of the target group and a test pilot.

Through the above model will increase the acquisition of skills and competencies, both entrepreneurial and vocational education, by teachers and students of the University and the management and staff of enterprises. All through formal education, non-formal education, training and exchange of experience, knowledge between business and universities.

Il progetto vuole definire un modello formativo ed educativo, innovativo, attraverso un’ attenta analisi del contesto, dei bisogni del gruppo target e un test pilota.

Attraverso il suddetto modello si incrementerà l'acquisizione di abilità e competenze, sia a livello imprenditoriale che professionale, da parte dei docenti e degli studenti di Università e del management e del personale delle imprese. Il tutto attraverso istruzione formale, non formale, percorsi formativi e scambi di esperienze, conoscenze tra impresa e Università.
