International Sign Language in turistic field

National Association of Authorised Sign Language Interpreters (ANIALMG) from Cluj Napoca city, Romania, is searching partners for a mobility project – Erasmus + for youth workers.

ANIALMG was founded in 2008, as a deaf persons group's initiative, for ensure equal opportunities for people with hearing impairments through promoting of sign language, ensuring interpreting services, offering training opportunities and colaborations for interpreters. The association has numerous/many international colaborations, professional trainings for Sign Language interpreters in benefits of deaf people. Also, the association is concerned to organize training, educative and mobility activities directing the mission to people with hearing impairments.

Training of youth workers in International Sign Language in turistic field is a mobility project for 20 youth workers with hearing impairments from 4 countries, native users of advanced Sign Language from country of origin and beginner users of International Sign Language. Inside the project, youth workers will benefit from a training course in International Sign Language from turistic field and one/an exchange experience from partners' countries.

Accommodation, transport, food and course materials for selected youth workers are covered by Erasmus +. The mobility will be held in July 2018 in Romania. ANIALMG is looking for deaf associations and organizations of Sign Language interpreters as partners.

A participating eligible organisation can be:
- a non-profit organisation, association, NGO;
- a European Youth NGO;
- a social enterprise;
- a public body at local level;
- a group of young people active in youth work but not necessarily in the context of a youth organisation (i.e. informal group of young people).

as well as:

- a public body at regional or national level;
- an association of regions ;
- a European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation;
- a profit-making body active in Corporate Social Responsibility.

Period of the project: 12 months
