Intercultural tools for youth workers

Given the population of 28 million young immigrants, it is very important for young people to participate in policies and strategies developed for the issue of migration. Evaluating the opportunities of migration has a qualified function for sustainable development.
The sub-objectives with the identified needs and problem situation are as follows:
1) Dissemination of work to increase opportunities for migrant youth through sharing knowledge and experiences about the diversity of immigrant, refugee and asylum-seeker status,
2) Establishing a study environment comparable to those of youth workers by identifying causes of migration of young people in the regions we are working with and by comparing them in different geographies,
3) Supporting the development of quality in institutions and organizations by transferring research methodologies that the youth workers have made by choosing sample of immigrants,
4) Development of the international dimension of youth activities by raising awareness of the advantages of a multicultural working environment.
