Nutrition education for young people is an asset not only educational, but also preventive, especially when food choices are initiated to implement free and out of the control of the family. It 'also important, to seek, with the right information, the right to develop a culture of "taste" in order to counteract the approval process of the law burger and the snack that is rampant among young people. For 7 days, the young people will take part in workshops and group meetings focusing on finding common solutions to problems such as erosion culinary legacy, obesity and the increasing reliance on convenience food and fast food, as well as a low prevalence of a culture of a critical consumption and sustainable.
