INTERCULTURABILITY

This project's main aim is improving capacity and knowledge of youth work by sharing
different experiences, knowledge and backgrounds. About the project main theme, we
are focusing on raising efficiency intercultural learning and building sustainable projects
to expand the effect of intercultural understanding.
Our aims and objectives about this project are:
 Recognizing the intercultural challenges of a learning experiences abroad,
 Understanding and discussing youth learning processes in mobility experiences,
 By Increasing efficiency of intercultural learning processes, improving youth and
youth workers' intercultural communication skills and competences,
 Developing youth work on the intercultural learning basis by using non-formal
education methods,
 Sharing different experiences and good practices among youth workers,
 Improving quality of youth work and increasing visibility of youth projects,
